A motorcycle accident April 12 claimed the life of a Big Flat area resident, 32-year-old Justin A. McCoy.
McCoy was traveling west on State Highway 14 just west of Big Flat when the 2003 Honda cycle crossed into the eastbound lane and struck a 1998 Ford Ranger head-on.
