John Moselage Enjoyed Nature, Caves

Tourism in Mountain View and Stone County was in its early stages back in the 1940s and 1950s but word was getting out that there was a wealth of beauty and adventure to be enjoyed in this area. John Moselage of Memphis was one of those early tourists. He frequently brought his family and a host of friends here to camp in the CCC cabins at Blanchard Springs and to enjoy hunting, fishing and caving.
