Mountain View Lady Yellowjackets defeated Melbourne 66-46 Jan. 14 at Mountain View. The Lady ’Jackets got 24 points from freshman Evvi Cooper, 14 from freshman Erin Akins, and 14 from junior Jaci Cooper.
Mountain View’s junior girls also defeated Melbourne 49-33, with Addy Davis tossing in 30 points.
Mountain View’s senior boys were defeated 61-33. Tyler Newton scored 15 points, while Austin McDonald added 10.
