“Nature’s Beauty” is the theme of the newly-hung art exhibit by the North Central Arkansas Artist League (NCAAL) at Ozark Health Medical Center, 2500 Highway 65 S. in Clinton.
The public is invited to view about 50 pieces of art by local area artists until mid-August. There are two exhibits, one upstairs in hallways near the cafeteria and one downstairs in the Outpatient Wing.
All art is available to purchase through the Gift Shop, with a portion of each sale helping Hospital Auxiliary projects.
Local artists who have work in this exhibit include Vicki Thibodeaux of Fox; and Terri Thrasher and Sharon Chisholm of Mountain View.
The exhibit features mostly landscapes, florals, birds and other wildife.
One popular artist is closing out her inventory, just taking commissions, so bargain prices can be found on many.
Different media are used, including watercolor, acrylic, oil, pastel, and Prismapencil. Paintings appear on canvas, paper, and barnwood.
Best hours for visiting would be between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. any day of the week. The Gift Shop handles sales.
