A pie and dessert auction and pie baking contest will be part of the upcoming Arkansas Folk Festival now in its 60th year.
Anyone interested in baking for the contest should contact Rianna Kendrick (870-214-2737) or Michelle Atchison (870-615-0644) by April 14 at 5 p.m.
The auction will take place at noon April 16 on the courthouse lawn. Donations of pies or other desserts for the auction can be arranged by contacting Kendrick. Items can be dropped off at the Chamber office on Friday afternoon, or at the courtsquare on Saturday morning.
